After 3 years he moved to Townsend Thoresen Properties (European Ferries Plc) where he spent two years as a commercial property development executive. Subsequently, Martyn was appointed Managing Director of Glenmore by Burad Plc, to set up a UK commercial development division for this multi-national property group. In 1986 Martyn founded the Medran Group of companies, a London based property investment and development group which he still runs. Since its inception Medran has developed and invested in over £500 million of property. During his 25 years of experience Martyn has covered all sectors of commercial development and investment and has forged close relationships with many of the top property and financial institutions as well as construction, advisory and law firms. albert a. drescher Albert has ecological construction in his blood. Naturally, Albert deals with everything to do with eco-technology, architecture and building at ameco. albert.drescher@ameco-developments.com tobias a. poensgenOriginally working in industry in Europe, Tobias crossed into finance when he joined SG Warburg & Co. as a merchant banker in 1986, where he dealt with traditional syndicated lending, structured and acquisition finance as well as development of new financial products. In 1990 he started an innovative art investment management firm, investing in portfolios of paintings using portfolio management techniques. In 1995 he led the international operations of US Telecoms company, Access World Communications, to create strong European and Asian market positions. Following this he founded the UK independent communications provider Unica in 1997 (re-branded from Phoenix Telecom & Technology) which became a leader in integrated communications services which he left in 2001. Since 2002, he runs Momentum Capital a specialist private equity investment firm.
